At Walker Woods, we recognize that pets are part of the family and warmly welcome them to the community. With a beautiful lake to walk around for exercise, we know your four-legged family members will love living at Walker Woods as much as you do! Cats and dogs are allowed at Walker Woods with a limit of two pets per apartment. While we have a 90 lb weight limit for dogs, we do have some breed restrictions, so please contact the office for more information.

- Deposit: None
- Non-refundable Pet Fees: $400 per pet
- Monthly Pet Rent: $20 per pet
